In the case of purchasing products or services from Raffaelli digital stores, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reasons within 30 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day the User or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the User, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Data Controller of their decision to withdraw through an explicit statement sent to info@raffaelli.shop. However, the User is free to express their choice to withdraw from the contract in any other equivalent form.

The items must be returned intact and in the same condition as they were received, with the barcoded labels and any other relevant seals still attached to the product.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the User provides evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The User is requested to return the goods and deliver them to the Data Controller and/or the designated locations indicated during the request phase, without undue delay and in any case within 30 calendar days from the day the User communicated their withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the User sends back the goods before the expiration of the 30-day period. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the User, while the costs of the goods will be refunded by the Data Controller in the manner and within the limits indicated above, at the User's expense.

The User is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Once Raffaelli has received and approved your return, the money related to the already paid installments will be refunded directly to the card you used to place the order, while the remaining installments will be canceled. You will need to wait up to 3 business days for the money to be available in your account.

In case of a partial return, the refund amount will first be deducted from any remaining unpaid installments, which will be reduced or canceled. If necessary, a partial or full refund will then be issued for any already paid installments. For Amazon Pay payments, the card networks such as Visa, Mastercard, etc., issue the refund within 7 business days from the receipt of our confirmation email. The time required to see the refund on your account depends on the card-issuing institution. You can check the refund status on your online account or by contacting the issuer of your credit card.

However, there are limitations to the right of withdrawal. Returned products that are damaged or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality will be refunded after deducting the decrease in value resulting from the damage or use. Refunds are excluded when the decrease in value is total.
