Shipping & Delivery
The purchased products will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date. They will then be handed over to the courier for shipping to the address provided by the customer in the order. Raffaelli reserves the right to accept or refuse deliveries requested outside of Italy or Europe. In any case, for deliveries outside of Italy, shipping costs and delivery times may vary. The place of shipment origin is Italy.
Regarding deliveries to countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. Therefore, we advise customers to contact the customs authorities in their country in advance to verify the costs and any import limitations.
The delivery times provided by Raffaelli are purely indicative, and any delays or partial deliveries do not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery or request compensation. Raffaelli ships within Italy using the BRT (Bartolini) courier.
If you choose a carrier other than the ones offered during the purchase process, the risk of damage or loss of the products transfers to you at the moment of delivery to the carrier. Any disputes regarding the external characteristics of the delivered items should be directly addressed by you to the carrier.
Once our merchandise leaves the warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking code that can be used to check the status of your order online.
Regarding the SHIPPING ADDRESS, please consider the following conditions: when paying with PayPal, we are obliged to ship the item to the address provided by the buyer during the payment process. With other payment methods, we will ship to the address indicated in the shipping details. In both cases, the customer is required to provide a VALID PHONE NUMBER, which will be provided to the courier in case of any delivery issues. In the absence of a valid phone number, your order may experience delays or remain pending until the necessary shipping information is provided.
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:
- That the number of packages delivered matches the information on the transport document.
- That the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the closure materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancies in the number of packages or information should be immediately noted by adding a specific indication on the delivery document to be returned to the courier.
Any problems related to the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to info@raffaelli.shop.
Standard and Express orders are processed from Monday to Friday, and the shipment (handover to the courier) is made within 3-5 days after payment confirmation. Please note that all orders placed on Fridays will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
For islands and remote areas (e.g., Calabria, Sardinia, and Sicily), Standard shipping may take up to 7 business days.
IMPORTANT: In case a tax invoice is requested, it is not possible to declare a value lower than the purchase price. The invoiced price will correspond to the amount paid, as required by law.
In case of an ESSENTIAL ADDRESSEE and the subsequent return of the shipment by the courier to the sender, €10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount once it is returned to our warehouses.
