Payment Information and Order Terms

RAFFAELLI utilizes third-party tools for payment processing and does not come into contact with payment data, such as credit card information, provided by the user. Any fees related to user payment management not accepted will be charged to the user.

1. Product Offerings: RAFFAELLI offers for sale only the products listed on the raffaelli.it website at the time of placing the Order, as described in their respective information sheets.

2. Product Images: The images accompanying the product description are for informative purposes only and may not perfectly represent its features, including color and size. This can also depend on the user's browser and monitor.

3. Order Placement: To place an Order, the Customer must fill out the relevant form on the website and submit it after carefully reviewing the Terms, as well as the characteristics of the product(s) they intend to purchase. The Customer may also request an invoice from RAFFAELLI if desired, in accordance with Article 22 of Legislative Decree no. 633/1972.

4. Order Confirmation: The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by RAFFAELLI through an email sent to the Customer's email address. This confirmation email will briefly include the purchase conditions, as required by applicable regulations, and the data entered in the Order for the Customer's verification and possible correction of any incorrect data.

5. Payment Methods Accepted: The following payment methods are accepted by RAFFAELLI:

CREDIT CARD: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Postepay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDeal, and others specified based on the country of origin and services offered by the provider for the country of origin. All orders will be processed within 2/5 working days from payment to allow Shopify Payment to verify payment and card ownership to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent purchases.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY: All transactions are processed through secure servers directly on the providers' servers, ensuring maximum data protection. RAFFAELLI's customer service representatives are not authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or their validity. To provide greater protection for e-commerce purchases, RAFFAELLI recommends that customers participate in Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, requiring a security PIN to make purchases securely.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES: If existing funds are sufficient for the purchase, and the provided banking details are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase, even for pre-orders, even if the shipment of such items occurs later in the season.

BANK TRANSFER: By choosing bank transfer payment, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email containing RAFFAELLI's bank details. Afterward, the goods will be set aside, awaiting the receipt of the transfer into RAFFAELLI's account. An email with payment instructions, such as IBAN and the bank's name, will be sent to the Customer. Please note that the goods will only be committed upon receipt of payment or, in any case, the items cannot be committed for a period of (three working days). To expedite order processing, please send a copy of the payment receipt to our email address customer@pfcmna.it within 48 hours of payment.

PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT: By selecting the PayPal payment method, customers can pay directly through their PayPal account. PayPal is an e-wallet that allows payments and money transfers over the internet. To use this payment method, customers must have a PayPal account linked to their bank account, credit card, or prepaid card. If you don't have one, you can easily open an account on the official PayPal website. Please note that RAFFAELLI reserves the right to ship the goods solely to the address specified in the PayPal-verified account.

SCALAPAY: Scalapay is an innovative payment method that allows customers to purchase products and pay in three convenient equal installments, with due dates every four weeks. The service is available up to a maximum amount of 1,500 euros and has no additional costs if payments are made by the due date. The first installment will be immediately charged at the time of purchase (equal to one-third of the total purchase value). The next two installments will be charged every four weeks.

AMAZON PAY: Amazon Pay is a service offered to Amazon customers that can be used wherever the corresponding button is found. Whether it's making payments on your favorite online stores, paying with Alexa* using your voice, or managing your payments on Amazon.it, you can use Amazon Pay whenever and wherever you want.

NEW CUSTOMERS RAFFAELLI reminds new customers that RAFFAELLI may request their bank or PayPal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of the order. RAFFAELLI reserves the right to ship the order solely to the billing address.

PROPERTY RESERVATION: Until the complete payment of the price of the ordered products, the products remain the property of the Owner or their respective Owners and/or suppliers.

ORDER EXECUTION: The Order is executed within the terms specified on the summary page and in the Order Confirmation email, subject to product availability.
